You may be wondering why the cottages are numbered 6, 7, and 8. If you’ve been a guest here before this year, then you already know the answer. Under the new name and management of Three Isles Cottages, we are privileged to provide our guests, old and new, with the special Popham Beach experience that has always been the hallmark of this place. The legacy lives on in “Fox” (#6), “Sequin” (#7), and “Wood” (#8). The numbers may eventually be retired; but for now they are a link to the enduring history of summer's past. Marvel at this beautiful seaside environment and enjoy its gifts ~ always treat it with respect. This is a unique and fragile landscape and the ocean is a powerful presence.
Three Isles will strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As longtime guests ourselves, we welcome you as part of the Popham Beach tradition. Our goal is to provide noticeable improvements on an annual basis beginning with gas-fired fireplace inserts for each cottage in 2020. We want to hear from you and learn from your likes and, yes we know nothing is perfect, dislikes. In short, we want you to look forward to spending time here each summer as much as we always have.
